Where do you ship to?

We ship to the USA only.

How long does shipping take?

All orders ship in about 2-3 business days unless stated as a PREORDER.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for USPS to update tracking.

I ordered a PREORDER item and a RTS item, when will they ship?

If you ordered a preorder item and a ready to ship item together on the same order they will ship together when the preorder item is ready. If you want your RTS item sooner, please make sure you purchase them separately in two different orders. 

The postal service lost or damaged my order, now what?

Gorgeous the Fox is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event that a package has not been updated in 15 days, it is the customer's responsibility to reach out to the carrier and file a claim to start an investigation. We are unable to ship a replacement or issue a refund. 

My order says delivered but I didn't get it

We are not responsible for stolen packages once they are delivered by the carrier. The customer is responsible for contacting the local authorities to report stolen packages. We are not liable for stolen packages and will not issue a replacement or refund of the stolen items.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Exchanges are not available and all sales are considered final. Defective or flawed merchandise can be returned by the original purchaser within 7 days of receipt for an exchange. Items must be returned new, unused, and with the original tags and packaging. If an exchange is unavailable, a full refund including the price of shipping will be given. If your product is defective please email us at hello@gorgeousthefox.com for a confirmation prior to sending your return. Please order carefully as no changes or cancellations are allowed after your order is placed. Gift cards are non-refundable.   

Can I exchange for a different item?

Exchanges are not available and all sales are considered final.

What kind of fabric do you use and how do I wash it

We use a 95% poly and 5% spandex blend for easy wash and wear. This super soft fabric stays bright wash after wash.   

We recommend our clothing be washed in cold water on the normal cycle alone, consider a garment bag or turn inside out for added protection. Do not wash garments with towels, blankets or other high abrasive fabrics to prevent wash wear.
